The hotel is located in the area where all the attractions are within walking distance. The problem is that the conditions all of the attractions in the city are, in my opinion, not maintained properly at all. Other than that, the hotel staff are very polite and understanding. Although I have arrived very early, like 4 am. in the morning, the front desk opened the door and allowed me to stay in the lobby till dawn. I am very grateful for that.

Hotel doesn’t allow early check-in at any cost So plan accordingly though you can wait in their restaurant which has general washroom which is very clean and hygienic. Apart from early check-in thing my stay was comfortable and food was also good. Would recommend.

Very terrible rooms and room service, be careful while paying restaurant bills extra dishes will added and charged if you won't check .

Great location. Clean and hygienic. Aroma of the hotel may be improved. Slippers may be provided in the executive room.

The rooms were nice but the hotel smells terrible. There were no proper arrangement for having food, we are supposed to have it on the bed (no place else available) and at the same time we are liable to damage charges if we eat food on the bed. The staff was polite but not welcoming.

The service was excellent. The location is also good. Very close to Park Street. However the rooms are very small. Very difficult for a family to adjust. That was the only sore point.
